Because our web application operates on a credit-based model where digital tokens are delivered, provisioned, and made available for consumption immediately upon successful payment verification, **all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for partial or unused credit bundles.**
Your satisfaction is highly important to us. If you encounter a confirmed technical glitch, system crash, or infrastructure failure that consumes your purchased credits without delivering the intended utility or output, we will investigate the system logs.
If a system error is verified on our backend, we will happily **repay or credit back the missing tokens** directly to your account balance. Cash or credit card refunds will not be issued for technical errors; all remedies will be fulfilled via platform credits.
As outlined in our main Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to modify or close down the application with appropriate public notice.
If you choose to delete your account voluntarily, or if the application is permanently shut down after the expiration of a notice period, **any remaining active credits will be forfeited immediately and are strictly non-refundable.** We encourage all users to consume their active balances within a reasonable timeline.
Filing an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without reaching out to support first violates our terms. We reserve the absolute right to permanently freeze or terminate any account that initiates a payment dispute, resulting in the immediate forfeiture of all accumulated tools, data records, and remaining credits.
